Lillian's Rhubarb Pie
Lillian'S Rhubarb Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. white sugar, 5 to 6 tbsp. flour, 4 c. cut rhubarb and 1 dash salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
👨🍳 Instructions
Beat eggs.
Add white sugar, salt and 5 to 6 tablespoons flour.
Add rhubarb and mix well.
Pour in unbaked pie crust.
Mix brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour and butter well.
Sprinkle over top of pie.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
Decrease heat to 375° and bake until done.
