Cream well margarine and sugar.
Add sugar and flour; mix well.
Add egg yolks, lemon juice and rind.
Beat well.
Slowly add milk while beating.
Fold in beaten egg whites.

Reduce heat to 325° and bake for 30 minutes longer.
