Lemon-Rosemary Chicken
Lemon-Rosemary Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed, 2 cloves garlic, finely minced, 6 boned chicken breasts, halved, salt and pepper to taste and 2 lemons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix rosemary and garlic together. Flatten chicken breasts with the palm of your hand and arrange them on a large sheet of foil.
Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle rosemary and garlic mixture over the chicken breasts. Slice lemons and place 2 or 3 slices on each breast.
Dot with butter and seal the foil into a packet.
Place on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
