In a medium size bowl, beat egg yolks until thick.
Add lemon juice, lemon peel and melted butter.
Combine sugar, flour and salt; add alternately with milk, beating constantly.
In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold into batter.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Set dish in a pan of hot water.
Bake at 350Β° for about 50 to 60 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve warm topped with Cool Whip.
