Stir together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In large bowl, high speed, beat eggs and granulated sugar until very thick (about 5 minutes).

Low speed, beat in lemon juice and butter.

Add flour mixture.

Stir in milk just until mixed.

Into greased 8-inch square pan.

Place pan in shallow pan

(cookie sheet with sides) on oven rack.

Pour 1-inch hot water pan and bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes or until lightly brown. for 10 minutes and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.

Into squares.

Serve warm.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
