Lemon Pudding Cake
Lemon Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, separated, 2 c. sugar (this includes the sugar for the whites), 2 lemons, rind and juice, 1 tsp. lemon extract and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar and beat until very stiff.
Set aside.
Beat egg yolks and add milk, a little at a time.
Sugar, juice, rind, salt and lemon extract. Add flour.
Mix well.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour in buttered 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Set in pan of water and bake at 300Β° for about 1 hour.
Cake will brown slightly when done.
