Lemon Pudding
Lemon Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. bread (sometimes i use more), 1 pt. milk, 1 tbsp. butter, 2 eggs and 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat milk. Add bread crumbs.
When cool, add beaten egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar.
Bake about 1/2 hour at 375Β°.
Beat egg whites until stiff and add 1/2 cup sugar and the juice of 1 lemon.
Put meringue on top and brown.
