Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 3 eggs, separated and 1 1/2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sugar, cornstarch.
Beat egg yolks, lightly, to sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch mixture. Mix gradually add to boiling water. Cook until thick, about 4 minutes. Let whites and add sugar gradually and
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar, until stiff and put on pie crust top. Bake at 425Β° until brown.
