Lemon Meringue Pie
Lemon Meringue Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. water, 6 tbsp. flour, 3 eggs, separated and 3 lemons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix sugar and flour in medium pot.
Stir in water and cook in double boiler until clear.
Grate rind from lemons and squeeze juice out.
Add rind and lemon juice to cooked mixture.
Add egg yolks mixed with a little cooked mixture.
Add butter.
Cook 2 minutes longer.
Pour in baked pie shell.
Cover with meringue.
