Lemon Meringue Pie
Lemon Meringue Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3 heaping tbsp. cornstarch and 1 1/2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix in saucepan 3/4 cup sugar, flour, salt and cornstarch. Add water and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Beat until thick the egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar and small amount of hot mixture to eggs. Then stir eggs into hot mixture.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter and cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add lemon juice and pour into cooked pie shell.
Top with meringue.
