Lemon Meringue Pie
Lemon Meringue Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lemons, 2 egg yolks, 1 c. sugar, 5 tbsp. cornstarch and 1/4 c. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring to a boil the juice and grated rind of the lemons with water added to make 2 cups.
Beat the egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch together.
Add 3 to 4 tablespoons water to make a mixture to pour into water and juice.
Stir and cook until thick. Add oleo and pour into baked pie shell.
Cover with meringue and brown in oven.
