Lemon Herb Sauce
Lemon Herb Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. flour, 1 tsp. grated lemon peel, 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt margarine in saucepan; remove from heat.
Stir in lemon peel, flour, dill weed and salt.
Blend in half and half; cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Remove from heat.
Blend a small amount of hot mixture with egg yolk; blend back into hot mixture.
Stir well; cook for 1 minute longer.
Serve over cooked vegetables.
