Lemon-Glazed Carrots is an easy dinner. Peel carrots and cut in half lengthwise.
Cover with salt and enough boiling water.
Simmer, covered, 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain well.
Melt butter in large skillet.
Stir in sugar and lemon.
