Lemon Flounder Bake
Lemon Flounder Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. green pepper strips, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat.
Cook celery, green pepper strips and onion until tender.
Stir in tomato soup and lemon juice.
Spoon 1/2 cup sauce in shallow 2-quart baking dish.
Arrange fish fillets in single layer over sauce; cover with remaining sauce.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until sauce is bubbling and fish flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with celery slices, if desired.
Serves 4.
