Lemon Chiffon Pie
Lemon Chiffon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, 4 egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put gelatin in water.
Separate eggs.
Put whites in mixing bowl.
Put yolks in top of double boiler, add 1/2 cup sugar, salt and lemon juice.
Cook over boiling water, beating constantly until thick.
Add gelatin.
Let cool.
Add rest of sugar.
Pour into baked pie shell.
