Lemon Chicken
Lemon Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 4 small skinless boneless chicken breast halves, 1/2 c. dry white wine, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat butter in 10-inch skillet until melted.
Cook chicken in butter over medium heat (about 10 minutes).
Add wine and lemon juice.
Sprinkle with salt.
Place lemon slices on chicken.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
Remove chicken; keep warm.
Heat wine mixture to boil.
Cook 3 minutes or until reduced to about half. Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with green onions.
