Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 c. butter, 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, 4 eggs and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Sift together confectioners sugar and flour.
Cut in butter until mix clings together.
Pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
Beat together eggs, sugar and lemon juice.
Sift flour and baking powder.
Stir well into egg mixture.
Pour over cooled crust. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost with a glaze made with lemon juice and powdered sugar. Makes 30 bars.
