Lemon Baked Chicken
Lemon Baked Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces, 2 tbsp. oil or melted margarine, 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1 clove garlic, crushed and freshly ground black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, garlic and pepper. Arrange chicken in casserole or baking pan, pour lemon and oil mixture over chicken.
Cover and bake at 350Β° until tender, about 40 minutes, baste occasionally.
Uncover casserole and bake 10 minutes longer to brown chicken.
