Leftover Sauces is an easy dinner. Made with spaghetti sauce, kidney beans, chili powder, garlic and vegetables, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Thin leftover gravy (you may want to add chicken or beef bouillon).
Add diced onions, celery and/or green peppers.
Bring to a boil.
Add chunked potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli or cabbage (not too much unless you enjoy a strong flavor) and a can of whole or crushed tomatoes.
Cook until veggies are done.
If adding meat, cook veggies until almost done, then add meat.
Serve. Leftover beef, turkey or chicken gravy can be thinned, seasoned with onions and celery, and noodles added.
Serve over or with mashed potatoes.
