In a small bowl mix chili seasoning with 1 1/2 cups of the sour cream; set aside.
In another small bowl mix 1/2 cup sour cream into the guacamole.
Layer the refried beans, guacamole, and sour cream mixture (one layer each) in a large deep dish in the order listed.
Sprinkle with the shredded cheese, chopped green onions, olives, and diced tomatoes.
Chill for 1 hour to blend flavors.
