Layered Cream Pastry
Layered Cream Pastry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. unsalted butter or shortening, 6 tbsp. honey, 3 eggs and 6 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream together sugar and butter or shortening in large mixing bowl.
Add honey, eggs and milk and mix well.
Work in dry ingredients with hands, kneading well until smooth.
Divide into 4 parts.
Roll each part out to fit a 10 x 13-inch cookie sheet with no sides, or inverted cookie sheets.
Bake on ungreased sheets at 350Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
Before cooling, run a long knife under it to loosen from pan.
