Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 lb. grated mozzarella, 2 1/2 to 3 lb. hamburger, 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown hamburger and onion. Add tomato paste plus 4 cans of water, garlic, Italian seasoning, basil, lemon pepper, salt and wine.
Simmer 2 to 3 hours, covered.
Water may be added while simmering.
Cook lasagna noodles.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and an 11 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
Place in dishes in the following order: noodles, meat sauce, cheeses, ending with noodles on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° about 45 minutes. Freezes nicely, but don't cook before freezing and allow longer baking time for frozen lasagna.
