Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, browned, 1 tbsp. oil, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes and 1 tbsp. basil or italian seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown ground beef.
Add oil, garlic, parsley flakes, basil or Italian seasoning, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Cook noodles and a little salt.
Add oil to water so noodles won't stick.
Mix cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 2 tablespoons parsley flakes.
Layer in pan the noodles, cheese mixture, meat sauce and top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake until cheese on top melts.
