Lasagna
Lasagna is an easy dinner. Made with 9 lasagna noodles, prepared, 2 egg whites, 8 oz. fat-free cottage cheese, 4 oz. fat-free mozzarella cheese and 3 to 4 c. spaghetti sauce (see recipe), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Place on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan, a small amount of sauce. Place 1 layer of noodles in pan.
Combine cottage cheese and egg whites.
Place on top of noodle layer, then add sauce.
Place another layer of noodles; top with sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
Each serving contains 259 calories, 24.8 g protein, 7.2 g fat, 53 mg chol. and 332 mg sodium.
