Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. italian sausage, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 tbsp. whole basil, 1/2 tsp. whole parsley and 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat.
Add next 5 ingredients and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles in large amount of boiling water until tender; drain and rinse.
Add remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella cheese, and beat until well mixed.
Layer half the noodles in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; spread with half Ricotta filling.
Add half the Mozzarella cheese and half the meat sauce.
Repeat.
Bake at 370Β° about 30 minutes (or assemble early and refrigerate, then bake 45 minutes).
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
