Lania's Best Pound Cake
Lania'S Best Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 sticks margarine, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3 c. sugar, 6 large eggs and 3 c. plain flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Cream margarine and cream cheese, add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time. Beat only until mixed well.
Add flour, about 1/2 cup at a time, scraping down sides as they need it.
Add vanilla.
Beat on low to medium speed, about 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
Pour into greased tube or Bundt pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown and done.
