Lace Chocolate Cookies
Lace Chocolate Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oleo, 1/3 c. packed brown sugar, 1/4 c. corn syrup, 1/3 c. flour and 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Spray baking sheet with Pam.
Set aside. In medium saucepan, melt oleo. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended.
Drop mixture by teaspoon 3-inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake 9 minutes or until cookies spread thin and are deep brown.
(Cookies will be soft.)
Cool 2 minutes on sheet. Working quickly with spatula, remove cookies to wire rack. Cool completely.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired. Yields 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
