Kosher Dill Pickles
Kosher Dill Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 doz. cucumbers, 4 c. vinegar, 1 c. water, 3/4 c. sugar and 1/2 c. salt (i use 1/4 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash, dry and split pickles.
Combine vinegar, water, sugar and spices.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Pack pickles in jars, then pour boiling liquid over top.
Put a little dill on top of each jar. Process 10 to 12 minutes or water bath.
