Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg yolks, 6 egg whites, 1/2 c. lime juice, 1/4 c. sugar and 1 can sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat the egg yolks until lemon colored.
Blend in the condensed milk and slowly add lime juice and salt; mix well.
Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until foamy. Continue beating, adding sugar, one tablespoon at a time, until peaks form.
Fold 6 tablespoons of the meringue into the filling mixture and pour into a baked pie shell.
Top with the remaining meringue, sealing the edges carefully.
Bake at 330Β° until golden brown.
