Kay Kay's Peanut Butter Bars
Kay Kay'S Peanut Butter Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. self-rising flour, 1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth or chunky), 1/2 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Heat peanut butter and margarine together until melted.
Remove pan from heat.
Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended.
Add flour and stir just until combined.
Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into bars.
Makes about 3 dozen 1 1/2 x 2-inch bars.
