June's Turkey Dressing
June'S Turkey Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 c. broth, 8 tbsp. butter, 1 c. chopped onion, 3 c. chopped celery and turkey liver, chopped and seasoned, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion and celery in 4 tablespoons butter in a large skillet until clear (do not brown).
Remove to mixing bowl.
In same skillet saute mushrooms and liver in 4 tablespoons butter. Add to mixing bowl.
Add onion and bread seasoning until all combined.
Pour 2 to 3 cups broth over mixture.
Bake at 325Β° in covered casserole.
Uncover last 30 minutes to brown top.
