Break ground beef into small particles and saute in butter or olive oil. Mix thoroughly meat, egg, Mozzarella, milk, bread, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Fill cooked shells.
Cover bottom of baking dish with pasta sauce.
Arrange filled shells side by side in single layer in baking pan.
Pour remaining sauce over filled shells and bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
