Joan's Cream Puffs
Joan'S Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. sifted flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In saucepan, heat water and margarine to boiling point.
Stir in flour.
Stir constantly over low heat until mixture leaves the pan and forms into a ball (about 1 minute).
Remove from heat. Cool.
Beat in 1 at a time, the 4 eggs.
Beat mixture until smooth and velvety.
Drop from spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 45 to 50 minutes or until dry.
Allow to cool slowly. Makes 8 large puffs.
