Jiffy Cobbler
Jiffy Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 3/4 c. milk and 1/4 lb. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and milk.
Melt 1/4 pound oleo in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Pour batter into pan on top of oleo. Top batter with one large can of sliced peaches and bake in 325Β° oven until batter rises to top.
After batter has risen to top, but before it is brown, sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mixture on top. Total baking time is 45 minutes to 1 hour.
