Jewish Noodles
Jewish Noodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. broad noodles, 1/2 lb. butter, 1 lb. sour cream, 1 lb. cottage cheese and 4 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil noodles for 10 minutes.
Drain, then add butter, sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Add 1 can crushed pineapple (do not drain).
Mix together and put in greased pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
May sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before baking.
