Jewish Honey Bread
Jewish Honey Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. honey, 3/4 c. oleo, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. milk and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat together honey, oleo (melted and cooled), 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Add flour, soda, salt and cloves.
Fold in the cup of chopped walnuts and 2/3 cup candied orange peel.
Pour into well-greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake approximately 1 hour at 325Β° or until done when tested.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
Remove and cool completely. Wrap when cool and store at room temperature.
