Jelly Cake
Jelly Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. powdered sugar and 3 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sift flour, salt and baking powder thoroughly.
Beat whites and yolks separately.
Mix sugar with yolks.
Add sifted flour, then add whites of eggs and milk.
Mix thoroughly and pour into 3 shallow pans and bake for 15 minutes at 375Β°.
When cooled, spread with currant jelly.
Place each layer on top of the other and sift powdered sugar on top.
