Jeanne's Peanut Brittle
Jeanne'S Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. light corn syrup and 1 1/2 c. salted, roasted peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In 2-quart saucepan, combine sugar and syrup.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until it is a stringy consistency. Remove from heat. Add peanuts.
Place back on heat and cook until light brown. Remove from heat again and add butter, vanilla and baking soda. Quickly spread on buttered cookie sheet, thinly. Cool and break up.
