Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 c. chopped green onion and 1 green bell pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown sausage in oil, then drain fat.
Add onions, green onion, bell pepper and garlic to sausage.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Season with salt, black pepper and red pepper.
