Jalapeño Potatoes
Jalapeño Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium red potatoes, 1 small bell pepper, sliced, 1 small can pimentos, chopped, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
