Jack's Chinese Chicken and Noodles
Jack'S Chinese Chicken And Noodles is an impressive dinner. Made with oil, 1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken, salt, 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut chicken into strips.
Mix together salt, teriyaki sauce, lemon juice and lemon pepper.
Put chicken into mixture.
Put oil in skillet and add chicken.
Cook half done and remove from skillet.
Pour in more oil.
Add mushrooms, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, Accent, sugar, wine, hoisin sauce and black pepper.
Put chicken back into skillet and cover and simmer until done.
Thicken by adding 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water.
