Italian Zucchini
Italian Zucchini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, sliced, 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper, 2 lb. zucchini, washed and sliced, 2 cloves garlic, minced and salt, to taste (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion, zucchini and spices in olive oil, until zucchini is crisp-tender.
Add tomatoes.
