Italian Stuffed Peppers
Italian Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cut 4 peppers in half lengthwise, discard seeds and chop remaining pepper (reserve).
In a 10-inch skillet in 3/4-inch of boiling water, place the pepper halves, cut side down.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and drain peppers on a paper towel.
Drain skillet and dry.
