Italian Sausage Bread(Stromboli)
Italian Sausage Bread(Stromboli) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 frozen loaves bread (let rise 2 to 3 hours), 1 lb. mozzarella, grated, 1 lb. mild cheddar, grated, 1 medium can parmesan cheese and 1 (10 oz.) jar salad olives, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

After bread has risen, roll out each loaf separately.
Roll out to a 15 x 12-inch rectangle.
Spread butter down the center third.
On each bread rectangle, layer down the middle third the filling ingredients, the loose sausage, sliced sausage, mixture of 3 cheeses, mixture of both olives, green onions and mushrooms. Pull far side over filling and tuck under ingredients.
Fold ends up and smooth, then pull other side over and tuck.
Butter top of loaf.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes until top is light brown. Can be frozen and reheated at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 3 loaves.
