Italian Salad
Italian Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spiral pasta, 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes (undrained), 1 1/4 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced, 1 c. chopped green pepper and 1/4 lb. hard salami, cut into 1/4-inch strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain and cool.
Drain artichokes, reserving 1/4 cup liquid; set aside.
Cut artichokes into fourths.
Combine pasta, artichokes, reserved artichoke liquid and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently.
Cover and chill.
Yield: 6 servings.
