Italian Meat Loaf
Italian Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 3/4 c. cracker crumbs, 1 egg, 1/2 c. onions, chopped and 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, egg, onions, 1/3 cup tomato sauce, salt, oregano and pepper; mix well.
Shape into a flat rectangle, about 10 x 12-inches, on waxed paper.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over meat mixture.
Roll up jelly roll fashion. Press ends to seal.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Drain off excess fat.
Pour on remaining tomato sauce.
Bake 15 minutes longer.
