Italian Garden Salad
Italian Garden Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. (8 oz.) orzo, cooked, 2 c. cherry tomatoes, 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley, 1 tsp. oregano and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook orzo according to package; drain well.
Cool (rinse orzo with cold water).
Combine orzo, garlic, cherry tomatoes, green pepper, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, grated cheese and salad dressing.
Toss lightly.
Chill.
