Italian Fiesta Vegetables
Italian Fiesta Vegetables is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1/3 c. white onion, cut in strips, 1/2 c. red bell pepper, cut in strips and 1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In a large skillet or wok, melt butter over high heat. Add olive oil and garlic; stir for 1 minute.
Add onion and stir 3 minutes. Add broccoli and red pepper; cook for 4 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley, thyme, salt and pepper.
Stir and serve at once. Serves 4 or 5.
