Italian Egg Soup(Zuppa Pavese) is an easy dinner. Made with butter, 4 slices french bread, 4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, 2 cans (14 oz. each) regular strength chicken broth and 4 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Generously butter one side of the 4 slices French bread; place, buttered side up, on a cookie sheet.
