Italian Chicken
Italian Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. italian flavored bread crumbs, 1/2 c. chopped parsley, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, 1 chicken, cut up and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine crumbs, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Dip chicken in egg; coat with crumb mixture.
Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce in 8 x 12-inch baking pan.
